Revenue Share Application for Schools This form must be filled out prior to your participation in the event and in order to receive funds from the revenue share program. All applications must be completed at least two weeks in advance of your event date. If your event is a Plunge, you must register your Plunge team after you complete the application. Create your team name and select “K/12” OR “College/University” under the Group Challenge section. Use your school name as the Group name and your club/team as your team name (e.g., team: U of M Cheer Team; group: University of Minnesota) Only online funds raised will be counted towards your school’s final amount. Special Olympics Minnesota will review your application and, if accepted, the funds will be distributed after the fundraising season is over.
